    • Project Updates: DevLogs, milestones, and changelogs posted to the Feed.

  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to the "Accelerator Tier," our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment method details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to track how you interact with our Service (pages visited, time spent, clicks).

  • Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.

  • Communication: To send you transactional emails (via Resend) regarding your account, such as "New Review" notifications, password resets, or system updates.

  • Analytics: To understand user behavior and improve the platform's functionality.

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

A. Service Providers (Sub-processors)

  • AI Analysis: OpenAI and Google (Gemini). (We send the text content of your reviews and project descriptions to these providers to generate consensus on feedback quality).

Achiv.com utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to evaluate the quality of user contributions.

  • Automated Moderation: AI analyzes your feedback to determine if it meets our community standards (e.g., checking for constructive criticism vs. "nice job" spam).

  • Reputation Scoring: Automated systems influence your "Reputation Score" based on the quality of your contributions.

  • If you believe an automated decision has unfairly impacted your account visibility or standing, you may contact us for manual review.
