Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 26, 2026

VunOne, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Achiv.com platform (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our application.

By accessing or using Achiv.com, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you visit the Service, and information from third-party sources.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you register via third-party authentication (currently Google OAuth), we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and unique user ID provided by that service.
  • Profile Data: Information you add to your profile, including your display name and avatar.
  • Product Information: Product URLs, descriptions, and configurations you provide for lead discovery, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, research parameters, and digest preferences.
  • Research Interactions: Your interactions with research results, such as lead status changes on kanban boards, ICP adjustments, and digest configurations.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro, Pro Max, or Enterprise), our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment method details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to track how you interact with our Service (pages visited, time spent, clicks).
  • Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session (authentication) and preference settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To create your account, manage your projects, process your product information, and deliver lead discovery results.
  • AI-Powered Analysis: We use artificial intelligence to analyze your product URL and description, generate Ideal Customer Profiles, search social media platforms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn) for relevant conversations, score leads for relevance, extract pain points, identify competitor mentions, and detect objections.
  • Daily Digest: To compile and deliver automated daily email notifications containing qualified leads organized by your configured ICPs.
  • Credit Management: To track your credit balance, process credit purchases, and manage subscription entitlements.
  • Communication: To send you transactional emails (via Resend) including daily digest notifications, account updates, and system notices.
  • Analytics: To understand user behavior and improve the platform's functionality.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following categories of third parties:

A. Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service:

  • AI Analysis: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google (Gemini) — via direct API and through OpenRouter as a routing layer. We send your product descriptions and URLs to generate ICPs and analyze lead relevance. Publicly available social media content is processed through these providers for lead qualification, pain point extraction, and competitor analysis.
  • Embeddings and Reranking: VoyageAI — we use embedding and reranking models to match your product to relevant social media conversations and score lead quality.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Our database and API are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Authentication: Google (for verifying your identity via OAuth).
  • Payments: Stripe (for processing subscriptions and credit purchases).
  • Emails: Resend (for delivering system emails and daily digests).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (for site metrics).

B. Data Privacy

  • Research Data is Private: Your product URLs, ICP configurations, lead discovery results, and research data are private to your account and are not shared with other users or made publicly accessible.
  • Sensitive Information: Do not include sensitive or proprietary information in product descriptions submitted for analysis.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. AI and Automated Decision Making

Achiv.com uses large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to power its core features.

  • Lead Discovery and Scoring: AI discovers, filters, and ranks potential leads based on your product and ICP configuration. AI determines relevance scores, extracts pain points, identifies competitor mentions, and flags objections from publicly available social media content.
  • ICP Generation: AI automatically generates suggested Ideal Customer Profiles based on analysis of your product URL and description. You may edit and refine these profiles.
  • Spam and Noise Filtering: Automated systems filter out bot-generated content, AI-generated spam, and irrelevant posts to ensure lead quality.
  • No Automated Contact: Achiv does not send messages, post replies, or contact any individuals on your behalf. All engagement decisions remain with you.
  • If you believe an automated decision has unfairly impacted your account or results, you may contact us for review.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Research Data: Lead discovery results and research data are retained as long as your account and associated project are active. Deleted projects will have their research data purged.
  • Usage Data: Retained for internal analysis purposes (typically for a shorter period).
  • Payment Records: Retained by Stripe in accordance with financial regulations.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
