VunOne, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the website Achiv.com (the "Platform" or "Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Achiv.com.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (via Google, GitHub, etc.). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Business Use: If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The "Achivs" Virtual Currency & Economy

Achiv.com operates on a "Proof-of-Feedback" model using an internal unit of measurement called "Achivs."

  • No Monetary Value: "Achivs" are a limited, revocable license to use digital features of the Platform. They have no monetary value, are not a cryptocurrency, and cannot be redeemed for cash, legal tender, or currency of any state or nation.

  • No Transfers: You may not sell, trade, or transfer Achivs to other users or third parties for real-world money or value.

  • Earned Visibility: We reserve the right to modify the "exchange rate" of actions (e.g., how many Achivs are earned per review) or the cost of visibility (e.g., listing a project) at any time without notice.

  • Revocation: We may cancel, suspend, or deplete your balance of Achivs if we determine you have violated these Terms (e.g., using AI bots to generate spam reviews).

3. User Content and AI License

You retain ownership of the content you post (Project descriptions, Reviews, DevLogs). However, by posting content, you grant VunOne, Inc. the following rights:

  • License Grant: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

  • AI Training Rights: Crucially, you grant us the right to use your User Content (specifically reviews and feedback) to train, fine-tune, and improve our artificial intelligence models and algorithms, including those used for moderation and quality consensus.

  • Anonymization Upon Termination: If you delete your account, you agree that your contributions (specifically reviews written for other founders) will not be deleted. Instead, they will be anonymized (disassociated from your profile) and remain visible to preserve the integrity of the feedback received by other users.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid Features: Certain features might be available via a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Stripe.

  • No Refunds: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

We foster a constructive environment for founders. The following result in immediate suspension or banning:

  • NSFW Content: Strict prohibition of nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.

  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Zero tolerance for hate speech, bullying, or harassment.

  • Feedback Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or "review circles" (quid-pro-quo agreements) to artificially inflate Reputation Scores.

  • Spam: Posting low-effort content (e.g., "Nice app") solely to farm Achivs.

6. AI Moderation and Scoring

  • Automated Judgment: You acknowledge that Achiv.com uses Artificial Intelligence to evaluate the quality of your feedback.

  • Final Decision: While we strive for accuracy, you agree that the AI's determination of your review quality (and the resulting reward or penalty in Achivs) is a core mechanic of the Service and generally final, subject only to manual review at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Service: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • No Guarantee of Success: We do not guarantee that listing your project on Achiv.com will result in user acquisition, investment, or successful launch.

  • User Interactions: We are not responsible for the actions or content of other users. You interact with other founders and their feedback at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VunOne, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
